Sugar is so extremely toxic!! As we have all seen with the recent illnesses, inflammation causes health problems, sugar greatly increases inflammation. Think your not eating sugar but you eat excess simple carbohydrates???? That turns to sugar... get rid of it! Some alternatives I use include Stevia Monk fruit Swerve Xylitol (not my favorite but works) Although honey does have health benefits, it also raises blood sugar. Honey has a glycemic index score of 58 where sugar has a GI score or 60 (not much difference). And for all things holy 🤬 check your labels for maltodextrin!!! Maltodextrin's GI is higher than table sugar, ranging from 106 to 136.
