So here is my list aka the 5 first things that come to me :

1) a walk outside on a sunny day, especially when there’s a dog to accompany you

2) concerts and the beat of the speakers making your heart throb

3) trying new foods, even more exciting if they’re from other cultures

4) travelling, either to new places or to visit people

5) spending time with my family and friends, the more the merrier ❤️

I hope those aren’t too standard or boring answers to you Nonnie, but thank you for the opportunity to take a step back and think of the things that make us happy and that we should maybe learn to appreciate some more on a daily basis.
