As you think about hiring for 2020 and beyond, please don’t build teams with similar traits and backgrounds. Focus on hiring folks with similar virtues and principles like integrity, curiosity, and honesty. Different personalities and experiences accelerate creativity and new ideas for innovation. The reality is any transformation takes the right team who can trust each other and empathize.
