Some of you have been asking me what is needed to have a flat belly. First, you MUST eat clean. 2nd you NEED to exercise -- as for me, I know which food gets my stomach inflamed so as much as I possible I do not consume those food. I am a firm believer that you need to fix the inside first before anything. This TLS CLA that I am taking solely targets the stubborn fat in my stomach. I've taken other CLA before but this is the only one that I have seen great results and it targets my hormones to function properly. Not all supplements are the same. You get what you pay for.
