Locals come every day for a drink or for a meal, or even to find all kinds of cool stuff at Mrs. Osami's shop. Not a single soul would dare to say something bad about the old lady. She knows everything about the town, and some people think she might actually be a witch or a medium… Or both.

Спрятавшийся среди каменных валунов Глиммербрука, этот участок обеспечит тишину, которая необходима любому чародею для оттачивания своего мастерства. ps В комнату с порталом нарочно нет лестницы, но ее всегда можно пристроить. Чтобы не потерять часть объектов во время его установки, придется ввести код bb.moveobjects. Проверено ;) 40x30 (no CC)

House for the photographer / stylist / artist

Домик на участке 30х30 в городе Сан Мишуно, семейный район. Одна спальня, две ванных комнаты. В нем комфортно себя будут чувствовать симы с профессией фотографа, стилиста или художника. Благодаря стеклянной крыше, здесь естественное освещение, настраивающее на продуктивную работу. Это поможет быстрее освоить навыки рисования и фотографии.

 Благодаря большим окнам в гостиной много света. Хозяйке хотелось, чтобы он наполнял и другие уголки дома - так возникла идея стеклянной перегородки между комнатой и прихожей. Она разделяет пространство, визуально увеличивает его, наполняя воздухом.  

В дальнем углу квартиры расположилась спальня. Здесь получилось гармонично разместить небольшую, но вместительную гардеробную с трюмо, насквозь соединённую с ванной арочным проходом. 

 Дизайн родился от красной входной двери - важный элемент, который в игре нельзя поменять. Кстати, именно из-за неё и была выбрана левая квартира Жасмин Суит. Пока что она простаивает, так как владелица перебралась на тёплые острова.
