I think about Dad every day. For years, I was so angry with him. For losing himself in his work, for chasing what I thought were fairytales. I had no idea. I keep telling myself that I was young… that I couldn’t understand. But I still lost him. And now… for some reason, I feel more connected to him than I ever did when he was alive. He never got this far, but I know he’s with me.

          ❝ quite lovely pieces . ❞ the croft family owned many companies however lara took hardly any interest in them . what she cared about was the museum her family ( which meant herself ) owned . the largest in england that also housed the biggest collection of viking relics . during her visit she’d been wandering the exhibits , making mental notes of things . the viking exhibit was her current obsession for it was the topic she was researching . a man dressed quite well stood before an oil paintings of norse gods . ❝ paintings are all i can hope to get however . the gods don’t have a habit of leaving their belongings behind . ❞ she laughed , ❝ these are a bit older --- newer ones have surfaced since that new york incident a year or so back . . . but i really like these . ❞
