Feel good naked again
When you have that “Fuck you ed” moment and start a huge binge but half way through you’re like:
Spooky Season
Trying not to binge while on your period is an extreme sport
Stomach: man,,, I’m hungry
Eating Disorder: starve bitch, you’re already so fat
Brain: we need to stay healthy, and balance eating and exercising :)
Depression: who gives a shit, just go sleep or something
Insomnia: Hah what is sleep?
Anxiety: why are you such a fucking mess? You’re d i s g u s t i n g
Me:
me: you can have an eating disorder no matter what you weigh
me: i don’t have an eating disorder because i’m not skinny
Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do. Not a punishment for what you ate.

Almost Lost Motivation
Week two of my weight loss journey. I remember what it was like before the empty feeling inside me and how quickly the pounds shredded off me. Now the healthy way; two weeks and no difference. I cant use a scale to monitor progress as it will cause an unstoppable mental spiral. I was ready to give up, but I reminded myself again the reason I am doing this. I am doing this to regain control over myself and my body without losing control. I want to lose weight for the feeling of being healthy not just the outward appearance shown on a scale or in the mirror.
This is a daily reminder I need. Healthy weight loss is slow. That one pound a week will eventually make a difference. Patience.
