Anyone else super particular about their bowls/plates? It helps me know without any doubt the exact amounts I’m eating with little effort.

I use a measuring cup, fill it with water, and check how much cups each bowl holds. This has been a huge game changer with portion control!

My main genres I have is indie rock, Midwest emo, hyperpop, and y2k. There will likely be superiority/inferiority themes and religious themes throughout the mix since for me, those are heavily associated with my appearance.

My friend and her BF doubted it would fit me, and I began to feel I was delusional. But it fit perfectly! And it was $2!! Just got the sweater as well for $6, and the jeans for $7.

I’m reaching the stage where I can say “skinny is the look!” Hopefully soon I could put on a trash bag and be chic haha.

Despite vacation, I’ve managed to maintain and it’s the last day!! Still trying to lose on my thighs, so I’ll check back in with this same oversized sweater soon (hopefully with a thigh gap!)
