So it doesn't seem at all uncommon for sinners to have a form that is in some way related to how they died (Alastor, Baxter) but i think that dying in a horrific way and then waking up in hell and having Literally The Exact Thing That Killed You permanently attached to your body would probably cause some kind of new and interesting issues, especially in a guy who clearly already has some kind of mental health problems

anyway what im saying is they invented a new kind of trauma disorder just for him
