It’s actually overwhelming to me how perfect this song is for them. It’s “out loud” by remember sports. So many of their other songs are also such perfect SQ songs in my head, they’re like the soundtrack to so many of my favorite fics. They’ve kind of become my new favorite band for this reason alone and I feel like a weirdo but I know other SQ fans would get it! Please go listen to them!!

Last year, trying to fight the endless bummer, I made a joke like, “fuck it, I’m just gonna get really into swan queen again” and then I... did actually do that. And it was probably the best thing that happened to me all 2020 tbh
