The purpose of this blog is to recommenced and bring some attention to the lesser known SQ fics that have been created. If you have fics that you would like to recommend, please send in a message containing the Title and Author. You may recommend your own fic. However, be aware that no fic will be recommended that I have not read, so it may take time for each post to be up.

Hey, so I recently started reading a fic that was set on the Jolly Roger. I didn't get past the second chapter before I deleted my history because I am an idiot. The first chapter had Regina, Emma, the Charmings, Rumple and Hook on the ship trying to get to Neverland until they realise they aren't approaching it and then the Lost Boys surround them. It was submitted on FanFiction. Emma ends up sharing a room with Regina after sharing one with her parents. Any ideas as to what it is?

I have been searching for honestly about 20 minutes because I swear I know exactly the fic you are referring to, but I can’t find it. Was it part of a series?

Heyy, so I'm looking for a fic that I read some time ago: it's a Handcuffed Together story where Regina and Emma get this magical "cuff" put on them where if they get too far from each other, their wrists burn and so they have to stay close for several days until the spell is lifted... I can't remember what it's called, it'd be great if you knew it! Either way thanks for taking the time to read this 😁

Blog Opinion: This is a bit different. A Post S3 Finale AU told from Maid Marian's POV, with SQ becoming the main ship. I completely adore this fic, because it finally gives MM her own voice and her own chance to fix things. It delves into Regina's history, magical impulses, and is just a beautiful story with 3 very powerful and broken ladies playing the leads.

Randomly stumbled upon this blog, and wanted to say thank you for reccing one of my fics. I wrote I Hate to Kill You (I Hate to Die) and I'm always super glad to see when someone likes it, especially enough to rec it. :D so thanks and this blog is awesome and I've now added about 10 more tabs of fic to my like 300 already open. Whoops.

Blog Opinion: Apparently this week is going to be creepy fic recs in the spirit of Halloween. Fantastically written, short as it is. The twist with the villain is a wonderful one, this is a quick read so I recommend doing so immediately.

Blog Opinion: Go read this immediately. I just finished it, and it’s absolutely fantastic. Mystery, romance, angst - its filled with twists and turns and surprises and feels that just punch you in the gut. Cannot believe I waited this long to read it.

Blog Opinion: A highly recommended and  appropriately creepy fic for Halloween Week. Though it is short, it's fairly action packed and loaded with feelings. Very well written and a very interesting idea for the clone.

Blog Opinion: Such a well written one-shot  Simple trope, but an incredibly detailed execution of it. Quick, cute, and fluffy read.

Official Summary: Life as a spy infiltrating the CIA is rather boring for Regina Mills, the work is completely pointless and the workers too stupid to live. She misses the excitement of being in the field and doing something, that is until Emma White walks in. Emma just hopes that she can find mole at the CIA quickly and get back out to where ever they'll send her next, being in the US again has too many memories. It seems like an easy job until Regina Mills struts into her life.

Blog Opinion: I was not expecting to be that affected by a Spy AU, but the author just blindsided me with... things. I enjoyed very much enjoyed it, it captured the characters well, was super fluffy with plenty of drama to go along with it - and it made me cry. Very well written for a trope fic!

Official Summary: After returning from the past and the revelation of Marian at the diner, Emma attempts to apologize and forces a confrontation with Regina, which probably isn't the best idea. When she avoids quickly becoming incinerated by throwing ice at the resulting fireball, everyone seems to be surprised. Including Emma herself. But when winter comes early to Storybrooke with no end in sight to the snow, it's Emma who draws the blame. Clearly, Regina must have put a curse on her. What other explanation could there be?

Blog Opinion: Moving this up in the queue because of the fascinating take on Elsa and her origin story. Plenty of development for our two ladies, but what really takes the cake is the twist ending. Highly recommended.

Official Summary: It's a few months since the defeat of Cora, and Emma and Regina are finally settled into a shared custody arrangement with Henry, while also exploring their relationship. Today, however, is Regina's birthday and she finds herself home alone. She should have known Henry and Emma wouldn't be there to celebrate. Should be a fun story with lots of fluff and sweet moments.

Blog Opinion: Just as it says - fluffy and sweet, with lovely character progression and relationship development. Very little drama or angst, just a feel good story in which the Swan-Mills Family find their happy endings with each other. Perhaps keep this on hand for after the premiere, which is going to emotionally ruin us.
