Me 50% of the time: I love to run. Green beans are amazing. Who needs cake when I can have strawberries. PROTEIN. Oh my god peanut butter. I have so much energy! This is my fourth bottle of water today. I love being healthy.
Me the other 50% of the time: I want to sleep for 6 years. When did my bed become heaven. Why did I eat 3 twinkies. I'm too lazy to put on a bra. Being a girl sucks. I don't feel like exercising.
Your metabolisms reaction to treating it right
Breakfast: what a great start, thank fuck I don't have to start the day in a panic, now I know I have what I need to not have to hold onto anything that comes my way, and I can start focusing on functioning properly
Snack: alright, thanks a lot, I'm glad I trusted you. Another snack came my way and I was able to continue giving you the best possible energy I can deliver
Lunch: gee I needed this, I've been working for a while and need to maintain my hard work. Thanks for feeding me, I'll be able to carry on
Snack: thank you dear
Dinner: hell fucking yeah fish and chips how did you know that's exactly the amount of protein and carbs and fat I needed. Oh? You listened to your cravings? Great! we're really close he always knows what I need
Snack: I'm getting tired but I'm going to have to keep working whilst you sleep, so you still need to fuel me. Until the morning old chum!
Any time of the day: Thank you for treating me right by eating enough today, even if it was two big meals and no small snacks.

April 8th
Sup y'all I've a had a pretty sweet past couple of days, hope you all have too! Because of the Quebec provincial election (toodle-looooo Madame Marois), I didn't have school on Monday, so a random long weekend before exams was definitely a nice treat. On Saturday I went to my favourite yoga class ever (like I said, I want to become super bendy and ohhmmm and stuff in my next life). It was a meditative yoga class so it was all "look inside yourself and be happy because life is cool, ya' know?) Then on Sunday I went up to Tremblant and had an absolutely fantastic ski day! Couldn't get enough of the snow, so I ended up driving to Sutton on Monday, for another day on the hill. Returned to my regular scheduled programming today with a 5 km run. Sadly I'm still running inside because of the rain here. Either snow or get super warm please Montreal, I'm not about this "spring" life. Seriously. Spring is THE lamest season. Hopefully I'll get one or 2 more days on the ski hill, but everything seems to be closing next Sunday, so that might be it for my ski season! (Okay, I know I said that last Friday, but I'll take what I can get). -Livy
