two flowers in a garden
Roslin turned to face the other woman, slightly startled, but a smile quickly wiped away any trace of shock on her face. Her expression was bright, and warm upon recognizing Helynna. “You would know, my lady, being connected to Highgarden.” She said demurely, nodding. She was blushing just slightly at Helynna’s contact; the other lady had so quickly become an intimate friend, and yet Roslyn was not used to such gestures. “But I could not help myself. It smells and looks so sweet.”
"How are you, my lady Helynna? It is such a pretty day, I am glad to see you out here. Will you join me for a time?" Roslyn had been lonely lately. Her sister Katherine had little use or affection for her, even though she was the whole reason Rosyln was at the Stark camp. Well - she knew somewhat better than that. Her father had made his wishes clear. But she did not feel comfortable seeking out the men he’d marked as her intended. She much preferred the company of women, and delighted especially in Helynna’s presence. The golden-haired lady was so delightfully smart, and interesting. Roslyn had never been so impressed with someone.
Helynna smiled sweetly at Roslin's attention. "Sweetness is a good disguise for that which harm you, my love." She raised Roslin's hand to her lips, placing a soft kiss on where she's harmed herself. "Ah, but I'm not a rose myself, that honor goes to my prickly cousin." Helynna placed one more kiss on Rolin's palm before allowing her back her hand.
"It would be my honor to join you on such a beautiful day, Lady Roslin." Helynna linked her arm with the beautiful Frey woman. "Come, My Lady, walks with my a while. Tell me me a secret or two."
