You know what sucks
Having an eating disorder and failing at having said disorder. Having the same cycle every few weeks. Not losing weight, but still obsessing over eating less and constantly counting calories. Losing a little bit of weight, then realising you can’t do this for the rest of your life because you feel like absolute shit, mentally and physically, and you realise you have a healthy weight. Then deciding to pig out and hate yourself for it. Then eating normal again. Aaaand a few weeks later you start over..
You will never meet your goal, but you can’t let it go. Everyday is a disappointment. Everyday you feel like a failure. Stuck. Endlessly.

55 Calorie Microwaveable Cookie!

Needed:
2 tablespoons of whole-wheat flour (55 cal) Whole wheat makes it chewier and gives it more texture from my experience, I specifically use the whole-wheat flour from Trader Joe’s.
2 tablespoons of water (0 cal)
1 tablespoon of skinny syrup (0 cal) any flavor works, I love using their pumpkin spice of using ½ tablespoon of white chocolate syrup and ½ tablespoon mocha.
Mix it all together in a small bowl, and microwave it for 60 seconds, and enjoy!
These have helped me SO much with my cookie cravings. If I have a really bag binge feeling I’ll double the recipe, or if I need to I’ll even make a 220 calorie cookie (The 55 cal recipe is a nice size, but sometimes I need a little more to kick the binge craving)
I read a recipe like this that had Stevia, but I find Stevia to make this taste really bitter and almost like it was packed with chemicals. So I highly recommend Skinny Syrup. (I’m a fiend for sucralose lol)
