This boy is as romantic as a twilight novel

As in, he’s not, like at all

To his credit tho, he does start trying once he sees how much it means to his boyfriend

His idea of a ‘date’ is a fancy dinner, so he takes Stan on one

Surprise, surprise, Stan doesn’t like going to fancy restaurant he’d never be able to afford

So he plans the next date

They go to a drive in movie, Jacob tries to get a little handsy in the car, Stan lets him, and they go skating

Jacob falls on his ass immediately almost wants to just storm off the stupid rink, but he looks up at Stan laughing at him

Stan who looks absolutely perfect in the stupid rink neon lights, a sheen of sweat on his face

Wow, Jacob is gay

So he stays, stumbles some more, but decides it’s worth it if his boy is happy

Jacob now kinda knows what Stan wants on a date, so he plans them now

He thinks ‘poor people dates’ but knows Stan finds them enduring

This boy straight up studies on how to give Stan the cheesy romance he wants on dates

And by studies, I mean he watches a lot of cheesy teen romance movies

They pay off tho

They go to carnivals, the beach, museums, and any other date setting that can be found in those movies

Stan is like ‘why is my boyfriend all of sudden a good boyfriend’? ‘’what is his secret?’

He’s over at Jacob’s house, who is getting popcorn still when he tells Stan just to go on netflix and find a movie

He forgets his ‘watch again’ is prominently placed

Stan finds the cheesy movies, falls a little more in love with Jacob, but more importantly laughs his ass off

Jacob never lives it down
