I joined a gym

So it’s time to get a little personal. I have a bit of a weight problem. I’m not morbidly obese like I’m not on a rascal scooter but I’ve got about 50 extra pounds that I’m not carrying very well. It was never really a problem growing up. I was actually underweight until college. I graduated HS at 160 pounds but by the end of my freshman year I weight 220. I weigh 230 now because my last job kept me active and this job does too but it isn’t cutting it. I’m super self conscious about it. Every time I catch a reflection of myself I can’t help but seeing my gut. I’ve been mocked by my family and some friends. I’ve been rejected by women as a result of it too. I need to get back in shape for me as well. It’s a problem and I want to fix it. I know it’s not just working out it’s eating healthy too and I’m going to be making changes in my diet. The other problem is I’m Fucking lazy as Shit and convincing myself to go do it will be a problem. I just hope this works.

Hey, this is really good that you’re doing this. I joined a gym before I started high school 6 years ago and I used to be really skinny. These days I’m a lot better than I was and it’s all about keeping a schedule and eating healthily.

The best part about gaining muscle were the very occasional compliments I got. It’ll be worth the time when you go.

You don’t have to use supplements if you don’t want, but it can help. Whey after the gym helps rebuild muscles faster.

You can do it! Since I graduated HS and am no longer constantly at volleyball or softball practice after school every day, I have gained a few pounds. I'm so mad about it too! I'm going to be (hopefully) joining a volleyball team this summer along with playing softball with a friend I recently reconnected with! I've been to the gym once and it wasn't for me, I'm super self conscious too, but sports is the way to work out for me.

This sweet girl is now frolicking in grass fields chasing squirrels and eating treats in doggie heaven. I pet sat her only for a few months, and everytime I'd take her back home, I'd miss her the next night I'd spend without her. I loved this big girl. I got her a toy and her owner told me that she loved it and that it was her favorite toy. She was a total sweetheart. She spent Christmas with me this year, and we put a big red bow on her and she was adorable. She will be very missed. Rest in Peace Marley. I love you.❤🐶 Dogs are a gift from God. They love you no matter what. And they have a huge part of my heart. Adopt, rescue, and care for these babies. Along with all types of animals. Old, or young. Neuter. Spay. Don't give them up when they aren't a "cute puppy" anymore. Don't abandon them when they become a "burden". Realize they are depending on you to stay safe and healthy. Know that they are not cheap. Know that anything can happen. Be smart. Mostly, love the heck out of them. Because they love you more than anything.❤
