while we are trashing big machine i would just like to bring up how interesting it is that after Taylor left them and started releasing the music for Lover, the copyrighting became way less strict? like do yall remember in the 1989 and rep era you couldn’t even upload a short clip of the tours or songs without it getting taken down and everyone was like ‘oh taylor hates her fans and is money hungry’, like no bitch it was fucking scott bruschetta and his team of copyright police trying to grab all the profits they could. and now that taylor isn’t signed with them anymore she’s uploading videos of performances of ME! on her own youtube channel for people to watch! there’s HD audio on youtube of the songs now for people to download if they can’t afford to get it another way!
