Not related to the recent Movie release, but here's a spoof I made some weeks ago with the Yoshs and Koopas of me and some friends.

I've got the inspiration from the blog called "Ask the coolest of fun", led by the Koopa Bros. Unfortunately, I can't tag it but I hope my parody will be noticed.

Both version include the "Classic" Bros outfits with the mask, gloves, collar and shoes, and a "PRO" version with black suits (inspired by this post)

Wonderful Yoshi!

God bless, I don't think I've ever been this excited for a 2D Mario game, and it looks glorious. Everything looks so expressive and fun, and seeing Yosh potentially getting the main character spotlight is a wonderful bonus.

I started theory-crafting on how it will work with him now that he has to follow the regular character rules. Like does he get a cap now? How will they treat him with power-ups like the fire flower? Different color palettes or new outfits? Isn't it wild that he's never directly interacted with things like a mushroom?

And as you can tell, I like Yoshi a lot.

Nishi and Lenni Yoshi (Lenni + by Achromatic)

A lovely gift sent to me from Lenni Yoshi, drawn by Achromatic! A thoughtful gift from yesterday that I was told I could post around. nvn My yoshi Nishi has a full green-vested outfit with pants, and his pal Lenni Yoshi only wears a tank top, boots, and glasses… no pants. They swapped outfits yesterday and… well, Nishi is a bit more exposed without all the usual clothing items! I mean, yoshis usually don’t wear any clothes! It shouldn’t be a problem, right? I wonder what he’s hiding… :3 Thank you so much both to Lenni, Achromatic, and everyone else who made yesterday special~

Egg changeup. I have no idea why this popped into my head when I saw the Smash Ultimate artwork, but it came. So here it is

Funnily enough, when I made this at the time, it was a sort of start to this trend of making outfits for Yoshi here and there. I think this was partially because I always really liked Yoshi's look in Strikers and sorta wished they kept that tradition for other spin-offs down the line.

Nintendo never really did until, surprise, Strikers Battle League for the Switch, but I'm glad I could cover that drought for myself, haha
