have any idea on what my favourite ship is yet ♡ anyway ive been wanting to make this for so long so now that we have an ena5 au, I made this in honor yyyyyaaaaayyyyy!! (and i need everyone to ignore the misspell..) also wanted to make some hayabrian art so I decided to mash the ideas up (⌒▽⌒)☆ i will put the art here too !!
i cant draw digitally but i wanted the canvas effect like the ena5 mv so i say its a win (no its not) ♡ still mad at myself for forgetting about hayasaka's tie however... what can I do i guess...

Oh I love this so much... as a huge Nightcord and Ena5 fan I'm gonna add onto this and assign each character as someone from this set
So obviously we have Brian and Hayasaka as Ena and Mizuki. Ena never giving up on Mizuki and metaphorically and literally chasing her to affirm her feelings mirrors them so well. All Ena wants to do is stay by her side, which is exactly what Brian wants to do as well.
Although Saiki works too, I feel Latte has a similar role to Meiko. In the event story, Meiko watches over Mizuki from afar while in the empty sekai, taking care of her even when she pushes everyone away. Latte does this with Hayasaka at the start of chapter 6 by bringing him food and talking to him at his door, always thinking of how to care for him even in his state.
I grouped together Natsuki and Jesse as Kanade. Kanade has the furthest connection to Mizuki's pain, having not much idea of her secret until she's told after the events of the story. Nevertheless, she cares for Mizuki just as much as the other members, and accepts her wholly for who she is. Jesse and Natsuki aren't as close to Hayasaka as the others per say, but they still understand his pains of losing someone close to him and the anger and depression that comes alongside it. They never judge him for his actions, and strive to help him too.
I like the idea that Mafuyu already has an idea of Mizuki's secret, but has never seen her differently because of it. This matches Saiki well, as while he doesn't speak up as often, he also has an understanding of Hayasaka's pain and regrets, even from afar. Paired with the fact they both struggle to show their emotions, and are rather blunt with their feelings (even if unintentional), I feel Saiki takes her role well.
Maybe one day I'll sketch these guys as the actual set for fun
