i cant sleep so i started scrolling on tumblr and found some funger stuff which got me wanting to share some pav headcanons i have #losercore

* he has an accent ofc, being from essentially russia/ukraine, but since he joined the breman army so early in life the dialect of all the ‘german’ soldiers kinda imprinted on him. thus, his accent is a weird mix of the two, where he pronounces certain things leaning more to one side of his accent rather than the other

* ice cream. every pav fan knows that one tweet or wtv where miro said smth abt pav liking ice cream, and i personally think he likes pistachio ice cream !!

* his hair used to WAY less wavy than it is now, mainly in childhood

* ptsd and possibly overt npd. i think.

* i feel like he’d prefer smaller gun weaponry due to their speed and accuracy. shotguns and rifles aren’t his cup of tea

* all of his clothes r FILTHY from grime and blood that he doesnt rlly care to wash but he keeps himself, his gloves and his boots VERY clean. for a man that keeps his tits out 24/7 youd think he has no dignity, but he sorta does!! keeps his face clean and shaved for all the #ladies

* dimples + eleven wrinkles(he mad as hell always squinting and furrowing his brows)

* his nose is lowk kinda crooked. probably got broken or smth during his early years in the army 😭😭

* he isnt one for suits with ties or anything, just doesnt feel right. if he ever does wear a suit he ends up just ripping the tie off and unbuttoning his shirt cuz. he can and hes a whore

i find it SO ironic how pav and kaiser are essentially parallels to one another,, two blond haired guys that use their pure will and charisma to claw their way to the top, just to fulfill some sort of goal and fail it. le'garde with him swaying people's views and gaining an army, then becoming a captain, and then pav, who most likely did somewhat the same to gain his role of lieutenant.

they both are also consumed by their goals, although theyre completely different in nature. literally AND metaphorically

le'garde's strive for godhood, a basically IMPOSSIBLE task for man, and pav's strive to kill the kaiser, a new god, also nearly impossible

and just how le'garde had slaughtered and killed to get to this goal, so had pav!!! hes killed people!!!!!! hes no better than ANY of the soldiers that burnt down his home in voroniya, but hes too consumed by his need for revenge to really gaf it seems.

in addition, neither of them really got what they wanted in the end. le'garde became a new god, with HALF the influence of that of the old gods, and pav never got to kill the kaiser.

i may be looking in too deep considering how pav is, purposely, a more shallow character when it comes to the rest of the cast, but its fun to try and delve deeper

i love that parallel. not more has to be said about that, this post explains it well

and yes, Pav is a purposefully shallow character. and it stings!!!!!!!!! Pav is one of the many victims of a genocide and the only survivor we know of. through him, ourselves and his fellow contestants had a CHANCE to really get to know his past, who he lost, how he lost them, and what that trauma did to him. but nope!!!!

violence and other horrible things corrupted him and this diddy blud was wiped out with the slash of a blade. all while wearing the uniform of the people who ruined her life. it all overrides his identity as a victim, she was turned into a monster, and her story is lost
