Apesar de aparentar arrogância e ser, provavelmente, a pessoa que mais ostenta talento e dinheiro na Universidade, a garota possui um bom coração. Soo Ji overdid it, yes. Especially when she nearly hit Shi Hyun and Tae Hee. But let’s be honest. Someone you really loved and cared about slowly drifts apart behind your back. And every try to keep him by your side failed. Se Joo and Shi Hyun were everything for her. Their relationship was toxic because their circumstances are toxic, too. When Soo Ji was lying in front of her bed and looked lonely and broken my heart ached so much for her. Her mental illness becomes worse with every episode. It reminded me of me, when the people I knew and loved all my live disappeared. Seeing this scene made me feel lonely and empty, too. I wish the writers stop portraying her so pityful and give her the happiness she deserves.

i just realized sooji must feel so much resentment towards taehee like first she finds out taehees the girl kiyoung considers his first love and then on top of that taehee is the girl sihyun aka soojis best friend falls in love with AND THEN sihyun says he doesnt need sooji and sejoo because he has taehee. like he deadass pushes them aside for taehee. The “Shi hyun and Se Joo deserve better” narrative the fans are creating needs to stop. If you dislike Si Joo for her actions and attitude that’s fine but do not turn around and say that the boys deserve better because they are exactly like her. This isn’t some story about an evil witch controlling her friends, they all know exactly what they’re doing and make decisions for themselves. They boys do not deserve better if Si Joo doesn’t because the three of them are complicit in all of this together. Si Joo instigated the bet, yes, Shi Hyun’s the one acting on it, and Se Joo has done nothing to stop them, all he’s done is watch.

And the fact that a lot of the hate going Si Joo’s way is because she’s rejecting Se Joo is so problematic I don’t even know where to start. She owes him nothing. And if you think she does there is a way deeper problem at hand here.

The trio have all been terrible friends to each other at one point or the other and they have all done terrible things, stop giving the boys a free pass while crucifying Si Joo.

I fucking agree!!! Sooji created the bet but Sihyun accepted it and formulated his own plan to conquer Taehee. No one forced him or anything. He continued with the game, lied to everyone (and even to Sooji, that totally believed in him and was with him in the bet, etc). She was very wrong, but she is not the only one. But Sihyun is fucking hot, right? So Sooji is a bad bitch and the bad boy became a saint.

The only 100% innocent is Taehee. The whole trio is corrupted. They made mistakes, now they need to start learning from them.

Ps: The drama is a total mess. The worst thing is that I can’t stop watching! haha I'm very curious!!! But I hope that the trio learns from their mistakes and pays for them. Just as I hope they become good people too.

Reasons you should be watching the Shannara Chronicles

The story is amazing. The source book is arguably one of fantasy’s best written work.

Amazing world building

It’s very Tolkien in its world building approach (which makes a lot of sense tbh because Tolkien is basically a footnote in the fantasy genre)

But the storytelling is pretty good 

The characters have this great emotional draw; they’re relatable

Surprisingly well-acted (esp Austin butler, who I’m watching for the first time)

The cinematography is on point

Doesn’t rely too much on CGI and VFX

The set is beautiful, and so is the costuming and make-up

Some lines tend to be cheesy, but it is mostly well-written

It does not try hard to be ~gritty~ and ~dark~ and ~angsty~

Before you newer kpop fans call BoA a “has-been” (and yes, I have literally seen newer kpop fans post-2010 call her a has-been) remember this: your faves would NOT have been able to perform in Japan if it wasn’t for BoA (and later DBSK). She, quite literally, single-handedly conquered the Japanese music industry ALONE with her Japanese debut album Listen to My Heart, 4 years before DBSK launched their Japanese debut album Heart, Mind and Soul. Her impact in Japan was phenomenal to the point that she isn’t even regarded as a Hallyu star over there–they see her as one of their own J-pop artists. She influenced many current idols to become kpop idols. Even now, you can still feel her impact and the awe from her hoobaes whenever she’s on stage. She is not a has-been, she is still relevant.

Ao deixar Guk e se dirigir em direção à Jessica, notou a mesma um tanto atrapalhada com aquele monte de coisa que trazia junto consigo, além das constantes perguntas sobre onde algo estaria. E rezou para que não fosse a partitura que haviam feito juntos. Correu, afim de chegar o mais rápido possível perto de sua amiga e ajudou-a a segurar aquele monte de papel, possivelmente dando chance para que ela se organizasse. “Por que diabos você tá levando metade do seu armário com você, Jessy?!" Questionou, ao ver que realmente havia boa parte dele em suas mãos. 

Logo, voltou-se para um banco que havia ali e deixou o que carregava em cima do mesmo, automaticamente trazendo a mais velha junto, apesar dos murmurios de reclamação da mesma. “Me diga, o que perdeu?" Quis saber, questionando-a de forma calma e sem julgamentos. Sabia que o desespero deveria ser por algo importante, mas nãoo quêexatamente.

Não é metade do meu armário. Resmungou embora fosse uma boa parte dele, de fato. Suspirou aliviada quando o mais novo retirou o peso de suas mãos e ficou pensando em qual foi a última vez que carregou tantos livros de uma vez só. Aaaah. Reclamou enquanto voltava para a realidade e seguia o rapaz. Perdi um papel... Começou a responder um pouco insegura. Um papel importante. Concluiu por fim sabendo que ele a mataria se soubesse que era a partitura. Sabe Namu, adorei a roupa. Onde comprou? Poderia me levar no lugar depois mas agora estou com fome. Você está com fome? Vamos comer algo? Tagarelou nervosa atropelando as pontuações e algumas palavras enquanto sorria de maneira angelical para o rapaz. Ela estava perdida. Ele iria matá-la.

Oh my Godfrey! Nunca estudei num lugar que atarefasse tanto os alunos. Reclamou enquanto caminhava pelos corredores da Universidade carregando consigo seus livros e folhas soltas sobre os mesmos. Até que um pensamento inesperado ocorreu e pra variar, expressou como se o fim do mundo estivesse na esquina. Ai! Perdi! Por Dumbledore, eu perdi! Ai! Cadê? Cadê? Choramingou parada no saguão de entrada da Academia, ciente de que as pessoas ao seu redor a olhavam como se fosse louca. E de fato ficaria se não encontrasse a partitura que daria ao Woohyun para que ele tocasse no piano enquanto a jovem cantava. E lá se foi a droga do dueto. Revirou os olhos dramaticamente e soprou sua franja. Eles haviam composto o dueto juntos e ele confiado a partitura à ela. Que ou estava perdida em meio as folhas, ou tinha perdido. Ou tinha perdido. Concluiu em seus pensamentos pesarosamente.
