Yay! More Raistlin!

Made it though Time of the Twins! The pronunciations did be ome more consistent so it became mreo bearable to listen to. As for the series itself, I want to give more on my thoughts after finishing all of it. My younger self had a few criticisms that I am trying to deal with now. I'll just say that there is one character that still gives me a headache. Anyway, I'm hoping to get one more Raistlin pic done before completing the series.

YAY! I FINISHED BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH!

I was very worried I wouldn't finish. I had written up monthly calendar wrong and thought I had an extra day to finish. But here I am, a day early! (HA HA)

So I'm currently looking for a good Time of Twins audiobook (that is not narrated by Ax Norman) and if anyone knows of one, please let me know. This trilogy is the one I forgot the most of and after getting used to the pronunciations done in earlier audiobooks, let's just say I had a small crash out. 🙃

Now, if the Ax Norman version actually stays consistent in pronouncing names, I'll stick around,but if not, I may have to take a month off of drawing just to read. And that is something I don't want to do. (Not the reading, I love reading! I'm finally in cleaning mode and it's more fun listening to books for me when in that mode)

So please let a girl know if you got any info. It would be truly appreciated!

Those who enter the tower during this time are undoubtedly here by invitation and are, in any case, completely under Raistlin's control. They therefore see only what Raistlin wants them to see. This might include Raistlin's study, a luxuriously appointed room filled with books, comfortable furniture, and objects of interest from all over Krynn. A fire in the hearth dispells the chill of the tower. The books in this room are not spell books; those are in the laboratory. These books are works of poetry and prose, books on herbal lore and anatomy, books on philosophy, and treatises on magic. The objects decorating the room are also nonmagical, being beautiful or hideous but all curious. These are mementoes Raistlin has acquired in his travels.

I think Fenris might be *the most* honest Dragon Age companion. He tells you exactly what's going on straight off the bat. No secrets. He doesn't lie or obfuscate the truth (except to Hadriana, notably). He doesn't manipulate. He doesn't care if you like him. He's blunt to a fault. If he disagrees with Hawke he doesn't butter them up or try to offer any kind of leverage, he's just like, "I think that's a fucking stupid idea, but if you insist."
