Biography

The Finnigan family aren’t very traditional. Teagan grew up viewing her parents more as best friends than parents. They never tried to tell her what she could and couldn’t do, they believed that her life was in her hands. And though it sometimes led to regrets, it taught Teagan some valuable life-lessons. But that doesn’t mean she’s a responsible young adult, quite the opposite. Teagan loves fun and adventure. She’s the type of young witch who’ll create new potions or spells. Though these creations tend to blow up in her face (literally), which is something her father finds hysterical. Teagan usually just laughs along with him. No point in dwelling on mistakes. Teagan finds her sarcasm and humour the best coping mechanism in life. If something goes wrong or she embarrasses herself she’ll just laugh it off and, probably, make a sarcastic comment. Nicknames are another favourite of hers. She just loves to give everyone nicknames, from her friends to her enemies. Recent events, however, have changed Teagans look on life. Her father, Seamus, was recently attacked by the Copy Cat and his followers. The Finnigan family had a hunch it might happen, considering how close Seamus was to Harry Potter, but there was no way they could prepare for the devastation. Thankfully he survived, but Teagan will never forget the fear she felt. She wants those responsible to feel the same fear. She wants to give them a taste of their own medicine.  

Basic Relationships

Teagan’s best friend is Alice Longbottom. Rather than finding the blonde annoying, as most people seem to, Teagan finds her to be adorable. Alice always knows how to cheer Teagan up and she was the only one who truly stuck by her when her father was lying in a St Mungo’s hospital bed. It’s rare to see Teagan away from Alice. Teagan is also friends with their other dorm mate, Alisha Patil. They occasionally go to Hogsmeade together and have a chat in the common room. However Teagan doesn’t hang out with her as much due to Alisha’s dislike of Alice. Teagan’s never really had luck in the relationships department, she always seems to fancy guys who don’t fancy her back. And, at the moment, that guy is Martin Lee.
