Simultaneously, Tony’s unresolved trauma manifests in relentless nightmares, panic attacks, and flashbacks. Overwhelmed by his suffering, he turns to alcohol for escape, but each drink only deepens his descent into chaos. As his world unravels, he risks losing everything and everyone he holds dear - including himself.

Basically, it's a very long fanfic about Tony Stark becoming an alcoholic after the first movie due to the trauma he survived in Afghanistan.
