Ok so let’s go through this again, Gal Gadot publicly expressed her support for the IDF before, the IDF being the Israeli Defense Force. They have a huge role in the current ethnic cleansing of Palestinians.
Just by looking at the tags, you can see who she supports. The IDF has committed atrocities. And Gal not only refuses to acknowledge their war crimes, but she approves of IDF. So saying that she doesn’t support the killing of innocent Palestinians simply isn’t true, you cannot both support an apartheid state and be for peace.
I understand that military service is mandatory in Israel, but you can’t keep using her statement as proof that she didn’t do anything wrong. “I was in the military but I was never a fighter” well guess who she was training… Gal trained fighters. So while it was mandatory, that statement still obviously doesn’t exempt her from all blame when it comes to what her army has been, and is currently doing.
Also important to note that she served during the 2006 war against Lebanon. Where Israel deliberately targeted civilian infrastructures, where the Israeli army killed over 1000 Lebanese civilians, there’s been several reports of attacks on fleeing civilians, as in civilians who were currently evacuating. The IDF also attacked red cross ambulances, and destroyed about 15,000 homes. 1/3 of the Lebanese dead were children.
Gal also expressed her support for Shimon Perez, she called him a man of peace and a visionary.
Well Peres was in fact a war criminal, his “contribution to peace” was, when southern Lebanon was under Israeli occupation in 1996, to bomb a UN shelter, killing 106 civilians, the victims were mainly women, children and the elderly, his contribution was causing 400,000 Lebanese to flee their homes. Peres also supported the settlement building in the territories occupied by Israel. His “legacy” is occupation and war crimes.
So again you cannot support a government committing ethnic cleansing and say that you’re for peace. Gal’s definition of peace is that Palestinians stop fighting back. Her definition of peace, is a peace for Israel and no one else.

So anyways i hope yall stops reaching, overlooking actual facts, speaking over Palestinians, and making a zionist your feminist icon because you think she’s pretty. And just to remind everyone that ignoring the struggle of women of colour is called white feminism. So if your feminism isn’t intersectional, you can keep it.
