i want to be skinny again. me and my boyfriend have recently broken up. He was neglectful. Always watching/following skinnier and more beautiful girls. And I know it’s my fault. I’m not skinny enough.

I just wanted to hop on and say thank you; that all your words mean a lot to me 🤍

I’ve been getting back on track with eating, eating the healthy amount that i should be. It is tricky and I do still get those guilty thoughts, but although my relationship with food hasn’t gotten better yet, my health has.

I have managed to get a job and i’m thriving now ^^ Also been able to start eating my favourite foods again! May be getting my own apartment too next year

Monday Mornings

College was quite stressful today. Got warned about being far behind on work so that sucks.

Still managed to get through the day, despite the anxious thoughts filling my head.

Wondering if i’m going to get kicked off the course, or that I won’t be able to catch up.

I’m going to have some faith in myself though.

Hopefully tomorrow is a little better.
