I don't think it has ever been clearly revealed yet but the fact that she's bumped into small Daniel during their morning jog (while in her "perfect" body) means that she actually puts in effort to maintain that body, and Daniel has mentioned that he doesn't need to do anything for his own "perfect" body and it just stays the way it is. The only reason Crystal would put in all the effort of jogging would be if that was her actual body. Would that mean Crystal's real body is the one she uses at night and the one at school is HER second one? What do y'all think
