Being busy for months and having a frantic schedule was the least he could pay for choosing an artistic career. Seunghyun knew that already gave up on the idea of complaining or portraying the role of a ‘victim of the vicious industry’– it would only make it worse, anyway. He’d spent the last year focusing on his acting and music, and refraining himself of having an acceptable personal life. He was the pride of his company, always on time and up to do whatever they found suitable for the business, and they would make sure to prepare him a wonderful comeback in a few months.
In the meantime, Seunghyun could only ignore all of those thoughts and pretend that the so-called-comeback would never happen. As someone said somewhere, he had to ‘enjoy the present’, and without caring if it was a cheap philosophy or not, Seunghyun followed it without a second thought.
Standing at the front door of a familiar apartment, he fumbled the old keys he had on his pockets, wondering if it would still fit on the lock. Feeling his heart jump on his chest – god, he missed that- , Seunghyun let a relieved smile after finally realizing that that was the same combination and opening the door quietly. Looking around the living room, he didn’t notice any significant change (which was another relief, since it was a sign that the original owner still lived there).
He crossed the living room silently, looking around with wide eyes, ready to find his target at any moment – and god knows what would happen if a scared Jo Youngmin found a “stranger” walking around his house. It didn’t take long for Seunghyun to find the younger male sitting on a chair outside, and taking a few steps closer he could see that the boy was hugging a pillow and… sleeping? Smiling widely at the scene, Seunghyun took his phone out of his pockets and finally dropped the bags in the middle of the room. He had to register that moment before any meeting.
Even though the plan was just to take a picture or two, he ended up recording a small video in different angles of the other, always smiling and as silently as he could. However, even with all the attention Youngmin finally opened his eyes, making Seunghyun freeze for a while. Still holding the camera (in order to capture the adorable expression of the other's sleepy expression), Seunghyun muttered a small 'Hello' and waved faintly.
