Anyways I’ve been getting over 380,000 notes a month easily and now I’m getting supposedly less than 1,000 a day. The ‘best stuff first’ feature has downgraded this site a tremendous amount, not only is the feature destructive to smaller blogs, they also somehow fucked up the activity page, and is no longer accurate or useful. 

Staff on tumblr rarely responds to unanimous disapproval unless shoved in their face, so I’m asking you guys to spread this post, and others like it around as much as possible as to get the message into their thick heads - that this greatly devolves the tumblr experience.

I drew this about this time last year when I was getting in lab hours and acquainting myself with photoshop

... honestly i’m happy with how it turned out - for the most part - but I hate photoshop with a passion. It has no airbrush tool? So I had to force a paintbrush tool to be an airbrush and it still didn’t look that good.

I posted this on my patreon about a month or so ago. I figured now’s a good time to post it and to introduce myself.

I’m ShOOb, a salty transdude who likes too many fandoms and sometimes has too many depressive art blocks. After a year or two of being a ghost here on tumblr, I decided  to try and take back my love of art from its gatekeepers: depression and anxiety.

I’ve yet to really get into the fun things I’ve always admired bigger blogs participating in (ie, pallet/emoji challenges, magicannons, requests, art trades, etc.), but I’m fully open and my asks n submission pages are open to all!
