Social Interaction Design
KineticGlue's next-generation collaboration platform combines the power of social networks with team collaboration,document management, project management and knowledge management features in a smart and easy-to-use web-based application
Kinetic Glue is committed in creating an effective tool for collaboration and commutation and was in process to position its product experience. The product required re-thinking on its 'Live', 'Profile', 'Search', 'Projects' and 'Groups' sections.
Tacit's challenge was to rethink social collaborative tools and make it work in business contexts. Our goal was to design a meaningful experience which will overall open up new collaborative possibilities and market opportunities.
Tacit's approach was to deep dive into the product architecture, understand the key components. It proposed and conducted user research with key persona's which opened a pandora box of experience issues. Research gave deep and clear insights on issues which impacted the product not only at the UI level but also at the architecture modelling level.
Tacit later prioritized on key experience components which included the redesign of the Profile, Search, Micro blogging, Groups features. Tacit proposed new interaction flows, that aimed at higher usage and stronger relationship strategies, UI to simplify the overall experience.

In-shop tablet expereince for a Boutique
Design circle is a leading furniture design firm which give premium furniture solutions to Education, Corporate clients. As a part of vision project Design Circle wanted to explore digital experiences in their retail boutique.
Tacit's challenge was to envisage, create, meaningful digital experiences for customers of Boutique. Tacit proposed to make a prototype in the environment getting real time inspiration of space, feedback from customers and observe connections that matter.
The proposal included a tablet experience for customers in which they could interact with product related information and connect with the creators using a cloud based solution. The customers were enabled to look deep at the products (displayed) making, philosophy, price comparison and carry the information on to their mobiles via a email service.
The experience explored to connect the customer, maker, neighborhood, new avenues more holistically and seamlessly.

Enrollment, client management experience for agents in insurance space
Inube envisions to create a new generation technology platform in the Insurance space which can accelerate business value to customers. Powered by Microsoft Azure Platform, the experience is offered on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Product provides all utilities and applications required for day-to-day functioning of an agent office in single window.
The goal of the project was to was to create a detailed reference design of an easy-to-use agent enrollment, client management experience across multiple devices
Tacit's core challenge was to create a flexible set of design standards that could make it easier for Agents to enroll, manage devices and services. The scope and complexity of this design challenge required a multi-part design solution that was inclusive, responsive.
Tacit's design approach was to investigate into Business objectives driving the future vision of the product, map the business, resource, user ecosytem. Tacit drew expertise from from the fields of Human Factors, Interaction Design, Communication Design, User Experience Design, Organizational Design. It later chalked clear strategies on Multi-device experience, designing the key interactions and Visual communication required for a Hybrid App on Tablet, Mobile
