i love that idea, but there already is a brush replacement by @eumedieval that looks pretty similar - here ✨ i could make one that would resemble the ref even more, but it's pretty tiny in game so i think it wouldn't make much difference

💰 Medieval Burglars Outfit for CGO 💰

note: i didn't make the outfits myself! only altered already existing ones a bit ✨

there's a mod i love using as it expands gameplay and makes things more interesting - Carl's Gameplay Overhaul. it has burglars feature - they may spawn at night while everyone's sleeping, but by default they spawn with kinda modern clothing, and i wanted to replace it.

~ this addon replaces the clothing they will wear with a more medieval-style outfit & scarf 🍀 place the file in Overrides folder! ~

you will obviously need the mod for burglars, but if you don't want to use it you can still get my addon and you'll have these clothings in CAS! each piece only has 1 swatch though, so i advise you to get the original items i used as base <3

Everyone's favorite Gotta Go Fast horse

Notes:

Created via overlaying reference pictures and WIP CAS shots, so the conformation is as close as possible within Sims 4 & slider capabilities

I tried to go for a blend between the young, thin horses you see on the racetrack & the older off-the-track retired horses you see in other disciplines. Not sure how successful I was, but I'm super happy with how this looks.

Has a slight cleft lip, which is unfortunately not fixable until Morphmaker is updated.

I have created a guide handbook to showcase what you can do with this mod and to help visualise better what your sims can do - it's a bit messy but the general information is there. If there is anything you would find useful to be put here please let me know.

What's new?

I've worked on this for a long while to tidy up and expand the hunting & foraging part of the olde cookbook kit and move it to it's own experience. Amongst a bunch of fixes I've tried to improve hunting & foraging to make it more challenging but also more compatible with other recipes as well as a few new things.

Hunting now has a skill! This will unlock more options for your sim as they progress (more things to be added in the future). - Some key things are what animals your sims can hunt - lower skill levels are more limited to smaller animals and less of them. The higher the skill level the more animals you can hunt and a larger bounty to bring home! So there is still the random chance of what animal your sim will bring home but now their skill will play a part in that. - As your sims foragers skill levels up they will unlock the option to craft bait to help lure the desired animal. Careful, these baits can turn foul and end up discouraging the animal instead but you can always use that to your advantage! - The colder seasons now also effect hunting. Animals are more likely to be hiding which means your sim will bring smaller amounts home in the winter season. Higher skill levels can increase the amount but everyone will be working a lot harder in winter!

The Foraging interaction has been overhauled and now the seasons will effect what your sim brings home. Expect higher amounts of fruits and berries in summer and a less than bountiful winter of foraged greens and more hardy vegetables. - There is also a foragers basket which your sims can craft to help carry all those foraged ingredients. Make sure to click to use the basket in your sims inventory before going foraging so your sim doesn't leave it at home!

New Hunters Crafting Table - where you can craft bait and the foragers basket (I will be adding more useful items here in the future)

Plus a bunch of fixes and other tidbits.

This is a small edit I created. I tend to use it on every draft horse I make, so I thought, why not share it? 😊

You can find the horn in the Horn category. It's fully paintable and works well with all sliders. However, just a quick heads-up: some bridles might not fit perfectly and could clip around the nose area.

I also recommend using the no unicorn sparkles mod from objuct to hide the sparkles in game.
