Put hot water in a tin or pan sat on the ice of your fish pond to gently melt a hole. It takes 5 minutes to melt through 3 cm of ice but it works and uses less hot water. Shoulder Pain Log - 2018-02-05

Been a while and following a steroid injection into the joint things were very good with my shoulder. I've been on and off with the weights and other exorcise over the past year or two but it's been good until now.

I've noticed of late that the discomfort is returning. I'd hoped more regular exorcise would help but I'm not sure if is right now. I'll try adding some regular free weights to the routine.

Today I went climbing indoors and I've had a warm sensation in my shoulder, round to the front and radiating down my arm. It's not painful but it is uncomfortable and strange. Hopefully it will go away given some time.

Canon Zoom Lens EF 75-3000mm Test by Thomas Thorne Via Flickr: I received a new Canon 75-300mm lens for my birthday and wanted to take a selection of test shots with it to see what it could do. I took all the images seated in the same position and adjusted the lens.
