Damian and selina normally wouldn’t communicate with each other much online except for the occasional cat meme and video, like one time bruce was using her phone and he saw a text popped up from damian and he was very much confused as to why he is messaging her so his curiosity got the best of him and he just decided to click on it and all he found was cat meme after cat meme, links from different social medias that are just cat videos and also selina and damian both sending pictures and videos of their own cats whenever they are doing smth cute, and she makes sure to keep him updated on cat related things that she buys like a shirt or smth :

I love invincible and Mark is like 3000% going through a bunch of trauma and he needs people there for him and I’m glad he’s reaching out for support with Cecil’s people finally..

But like.. before that Eve constantly being his emotional support even when she needs emotional support is literally so exhausting to watch.

Obviously, Mark doesn’t know this, but as an audience watching Eve overlook herself over and over just to comfort Mark.. agh.. yuckey

Like in the scene she’s revealing her abortion did we REALLY need imaginary thragg to pull up? Yes Mark’s going through stuff but must we always circle back to him whenever Eve’s struggling? Two people can suffer at once separately

I know in the comics Eve’s only friend left was William (sorta). but I really would’ve liked in the show if her and Amber were closer and she had a female friendship to go to for support. Although Amber’s Mark’s ex, I don’t think it would be that crazy. Apparently Eve was hanging out with Mark’s mom while he was gone and I don’t think there’s any bad blood there anyway. Plus I miss Amber and Ambereve for the win

My point is I don’t like how isolated Eve is. It’s like she has no support at all. Her life seems to consist of consoling Mark and her abusive parents, which is horrible. Justice for Eve!
