I think more people need to actually read the things that Christopher Priest has said in regards to Deathstroke and Terra. Every time I see someone try to say that he “retconned” Slade’s abuse of Tara, it makes my skin crawl. Had someone go into my strawpage on Twitter to fight me about it.

The scene in Judas Contract where Slade realizes that Tara is powerful powerful and could have crushed him like a grape if she really wanted to is beautiful to me. One of my favorite moments in that comic for sure and for Tara as a whole.
