Like, fat, overweight that you’ll need to buy a new pair of jeans since you won’t fit. Don’t get me wrong, sweets are awesome and sugar is eventally a significant source of energy in your body, and it’s okay to eat some once in a while but moderatedly... Excess glucose fills your body with more suagr than needed and your liver’s sugar storage capacity is exceeded -- when the liver is maximally full, the excess sugar is converted by the liver into fatty acids. Mhm, fat -- and returns to the bloodstream. It fills places like stomach, hips, butt...? Once these regions are full of adipose tissue, the fatty acids begin to spill over into your organs like the heart liver and kidneys which reduces organ ability, raises blood pressure, decreases metabolism.... You get what I’m trying to say, right? Look, you’re getting me in a mom mode since I’m worried for your health… tsk. Besides, just for your knowledge I will not carry you places if you gain weight, I won’t help you get up from the floor like I usually do. ❜
