"Ah… is it… that obvious… do you know what I am then?" Hongbin’s eyes flitted away and his eyebrows twitched downwards in concern. He wondered how the strange man would know; he looked like a human, right? He had even covered up all his mannequin-like joints. He sighed when he realised it must be the way he talked to people, and Hongbin was shifting on both feet with a small frown. "Dark angel…" He spoke in thought, eyes flitting up at him. He wasn’t sure what that might entail, but he wondered if it was as dangerous as it sounded. "You didn’t tell me your name."
'I wouldn't say that obvious is the correct word. You might call me an expert on humans, considering I have observed them for centuries, and as such it was easy for me to distinguish you as something other than human.' The boy seemed both nervous and disappointed that he'd been had, however he had nothing to fear from Rick at the moment. 'Worry not, I shall do you no harm so long as you do nothing to anger or annoy me.' He supposed he didn't need to mention that it wasn't difficult to accomplish either, yet, the boy seemed intelligent enough to manage to stay on Rick's good side.
'I suppose I didn't; how rude of me. Please call me Rick.' He offered a polite bow as well as a charming smile. 'What is your name?'
