Everything was falling into place, the machinations in the doctor’s mind had began running. He had been passive for too long and his forces were getting restless because of it. Unless something was done to prove the great Doctor Eggman has not changed yet due to the influence of a kind naive little pink hedgehog an inner conflict might arise and he would very much like to avoid that.
