THE SCHOOL

Just outside of New York City, there is a private college-level school that is only open to those that can afford it (or those that have earned it through a rare scholarship.) The school offers a college education to ages 18+, luxurious dorm rooms, a spa, fitness center, pool, lounge, game room, library, plenty of parking space and of course free wifi.

While it may seem like it’s all fun and games, they take their school (and their privacy) very seriously. The gate around the entire school grounds requires a School ID card to unlock, as well as the dorms, each amenity, the cafeteria, and the school itself.

They don’t typically have a problem with sharing photos, and social media, as long as it’s done with discretion. Since they take in some high-profile students, they try to keep any embarrassing or troublesome material from being leaked, but that doesn’t mean things don’t slip through the cracks now and again.

THE RULES

No out of character drama.

Must be 18+ ooc to join, due to mature material.

This is a modern, all-human au group verse.

Accepting canons and ocs from all fandoms, animated and live action fcs allowed!

In character drama and secrets are nice, but don’t overdo it.

Roommates will be assigned as people join.

Cut your posts. If you’re replying while mobile, please ask your partner to cut posts for you.

Duplicate face claims are only allowed if writing twins (please ask before applying for a twin spot. Getting the approval for a twin, doesn’t automatically get you into the verse.)

Verse may contain dark material, smut, alcohol, drugs, etc. If mature themes offend you, do not join.

You are encouraged to send in character anons to the verse members, as NPCs that may be looking to stir up trouble or digging for information.

Track the tag (v. life at covington) and use it on all of your verse-related posts.
