👨 = What’s your muse’s relationship with their father, what made it that way? (Deet)
Well, I'm not gonna pick one father over the other, but I'm sure the ask was meant for both :D
Lath'n and Mitjan have an overwhelming love for each other, and Deet is very much the product of that love, a wanted and truly treasured child. Deet was doted on ever since she was born, and despite being their first child -- a daughter at that -- they did a surprisingly good job raising her into a well-adjusted person.
During her upbringing, Deet was never specifically punished for anything, but instead explained why it was wrong, and how she could do better, so with her loving her fathers as much as she did, she always listened to them. They taught her how to care for the creatures of Grot, and to respect them in their own way. Her genuine curiosity and good nature made that a lot easier.
Neither of her fathers specifically guided her into farming either, but little Deet wanted to help them out and always did so with glee, so eventually they all ended up working together, and it only consolidated their bond more. A particularly difficult time was Deet getting her wings, but Deet learned from her parents not to fault them for anything they did wrong just because they didn't know. Maudra Argot was there to supplement any gaps, and though it was difficult for them to accept the dangers that came with their daughter learning how to fly, they embraced it as part of her identity. They always show her nothing but pride at the fantastic flyer she quickly became.
When Bobb'n was born, though caring for the newborn was exhausting, Lath'n and Mitjan made sure they still made time for Deet as well, and let her know how appreciative they were for her picking up on everything they didn't have time to do for a while. For Deet however, there was no greater pleasure than to help her fathers whom she loved so much, and her new baby brother as well. She was never made feel like she needed to compete for attention or love.
Though her wings growing in meant that she could no longer join the cuddle pile as much as before, there are still nights when she lies down on top of them, using her wings as a blanket and all is good and warm in Dom'rak.
There is nothing more precious to Deet than her family, and she would do anything to protect them.
