team magma/aqua leaders and admins

design notes under the cut

lots of simple asymmetry

i got lazy and didnt draw the grunts but the idea wouldve been that the magmas wouldve had minimal blue on their designs and aquas minimal red in contrast to the higher ups who dont have any.

maxie and archie have yellow in their designs similar to primal groudon and kyogre and the admins have similar colors to regular groudon and kyogre(minus blues for magma and reds for aqua)
