Whats ur predictions on what's gonna happen to alastor in season 3, like if he will suffer effects from electrocution or anything
I don't necessarily think he will have linger effects from the electrocution and his other injuries (like his chest wound from Adam or his hand from Shock.wav), but it's a really fun concept to play around with in fandom, fics, aus, etc.
I think in canon, Rosie fixing Alastor's staff basically let him heal himself properly, and since Sinners regenerate, I'm not sure that there would be many lingering effects, I just don't think it super fits in with the worldbuilding of the show and the pacing, etc. Again, it is a super fun concept that I love to explore in fics and stuff.
I think Alastor will have some evil plan he's working on in S3, (though I have no idea what it might be. Maybe it will have something to do with Roo, and be somewhat hidden to the audience, like his plans thus far have been). He's gonna be up to something, but based on the interviews from the cast so far, it sounds like his plans are going to be opposed by his feelings for the others, (Charlie in particular).
I am on my knees begging and hoping for some more Alastor & Charlie friendship stuff. (Alastor as her accidental father figure and he doesn't want to care but he does ugh the angst and the wholesomeness all in one I'm eating up the mere idea).
It sounds like Alastor's care for others is going to get in the way of his goals, and that is a premise that is ripe for emotional turmoil and self-discovery and I CANNOT WAIT.
I'm just imagining Alastor about to pull of some evil scheme, and then Charlie shows up, none-the-wiser, and internally he's like "oh fuck this will hurt her I don't want that. Why am I now cursed with emotions? >:|" and can't bring himself to do it. Like, get loved, idiot, you're Charlie's friend now and you'll never be able to make yourself stop caring now.
Also I am confident that his "discovery of his identity" or whatever will be him realizing that he is aroace (specifically rose-repulsed and non-partnering). Anyone who attempts to flirt with him he'll just murder
