What are Adrien, Nino, Marinette, and Alya’s future occupation in Our Miraculous Lives?
Oh great! What a fun ask that I have answers for!
Marinette runs her own fashion brand, charmingly called Spotted Lady. While it resides in New York, and has some ties to Style Queen, it’s more indie/“smaller” in scale. This leads to better quality products, but still affordable for their clientele. She also has some boutiques located in London, Paris, and her main one in New York. She wants to expand more, but is worried (in her Marinette way) about things getting “too hectic.”
She attends fashion shows, participates in runways, and is also trying to start an internship program for aspiring fashion designers!
Alya is a reporter, more focused on international/global events instead of in one location. While she lives/localized in NY with Marinette, she often travels across the world to cover news/crises. She’s very busy, and she loves it that way!
Nino is a director (like he wanted in canon), and has a few of movies under his belt! I imagine they’d be more “strange”/indie, similar to Jordan Peele (or maybe Boots Riley?) in a way. Rather popular in France/Europe, but is trying to cross over to American audiences.
Adrien is the most lowkey out of all his friends. He tries to keep out of the public eye, and likes it better that way. He’s become very attached to music, and has even helped write/collaborate musicals (under a pen name). He mainly teaches piano to kids/teens, and spends time with his daughter Juliet. Occasionally roams at Chat Noir, but only at night and every once in awhile (just to make sure things are ok).
