Has Lucie ever questioned the morality of the marines?

More or less. Let's say Lucie is a person with little morality. In Skypiea, there weren't many moral debates; things were as Enel wanted them to be. Consequently, she hasn't had to question much, even though Lucie is a very compassionate person capable of forgiving almost anyone.

The blind faith she felt towards Enel is not something she feels towards the Navy. They are just her bosses, providing her with protection and a home for her and her son. Therefore, she disobeys many times and often acts clueless, but she is guided only by her indifference or her compassion, sometimes by her fear.

For example, Ace's execution broke her heart even if she didn't know him, and Impel Down prison seems crazy to her. However, in the end, she is nothing more than a foreigner who doesn't even know the blue sea enough, and she is no one to tell the people there how they should live their lives or act.

She will only say "that's how this worlds works"

Does Lucie have any father figures?

Not really. She had a good childhood and had a secure attachment with her parents. When they died she was 20 years old.

The only similar figures are this guy and Sengoku, but I think she would see them as "uncles" more than father figures. Both of them cared for and protected Lucie in their own way when she was left alone. McKinley when her fathers died and Sengoku when she fell to the grandline.

Sometimes Lucie experiences psychosomatic pain in the scars on her wings, even though years have passed since they were amputated. Losing her antennae and wings meant losing an important part of herself, of who she was, and of her identity as someone born on Skypiea.
