I got some replies and asks done and threw them in the queue! I'll be working on the blog over the course of the week and adding TOTK gan to the multi (technically there's a little time left but I think it's pretty clear what the people want)

My original working file for iconing this panel from The Honey Dish Rhapsody was actually a photo rather than a scan (which I cleaned of half-toning) but that obviously introduced various kinds of distortion, especially beyond Yoruichi herself. Conversely, the best-quality scan I could find had awful half-toning that would be a nightmare to clean, and was missing the edge.

So I fixed it by reconstructing it all. (Let me tell you about doing the floor…) Now I just have to color it and shade Yoruichi. If I was stupid I’d color her like the manga colorization and correct it for that authentic touch, but making extra work for myself sounds unfun, so to hell with that.

Seeing Rev's ongoing character arc, I believe it shall mirror yours

As a writer, I would know that identical character arcs for similar characters are redundant unless the ultimate outcomes can foil and contrast, therefore it would be more narratively pleasing if I continued to deny myself as an Astor kin, considering I am not

So sorry for the inactivity lately. Honestly, the holidays have kicked us in the ass and I’ve (bloodydamnit) been severely slacking on getting the chapter rewritten. I’m easily distracted and I’m around family so someone is constantly talking to me and it’s taking me a bit to get this done!  We’re going to try to post tonight, but if we cant then definitely tomorrow.

What would berkut sing in the shower? Sorry for the silly ask just watched a funny movie about someone falling in the shower!😂🤔

As silly as the question might be, it’s still pretty great for character depth. I haven’t really thought much about Berkut and singing in general, but I think he’d probably have a nice voice, albeit untrained. A smooth, rich tenor baritone. Definitely something you’d only hear under his breath though, or…. in the bath. On very rare occasions.

With that said, the kind of music he’d sing in the shower (which probably don’t exist in Valentia, tbh) would probably be more akin to idle humming. Just pieces he’s heard the orchestra practice, or perhaps some random tavern song he caught his men singing once and a few stanzas just stuck with him ever since. It’s definitely not a common occurrence, and Rinea is the most likely to hear him actually singing anything.
