@bclasaeg plotted starter!
She had heard plenty among her coworkers about this restaurant. As something of a specialty restaurant, rather than the usual, large dine-in experience, it was no surprise that it caught the attention of those who had developed an eye for the unique and stylish. As somewhere that seated only seven people at a time, it took some planning and luck on her part to be able to find one during a time when the restaurant wasn’t as busy, but from what Raven had heard she imagined it would be worth the wait.
Flipping open a menu once she had been seated, movement from the server out of the corner of her eye caught her attention. One of the other customers was being brought their food and she couldn’t help but turn her head some to see what the food from this place looked like. And oddly enough, the plate looked...weirdly nostalgic. As if she had seen it already before. Discreetly turning her head in the other direction towards another customer, Raven again eyed their plate. And though they had already started eating, partially disrupting the design, still it also looked....
But it couldn’t be, could it....?
Her thoughts began to swirl in her head, distracting the young woman so much that she didn’t even notice when the server came over to take her order, instead staring down silently at the menu clutched in her gloved hands.
