The paranormal investigation side of interpol isn’t as well-known, mostly given that cases dealing with the paranormal aren’t as common as other cases are. However, it’s also because of the tragic incident where all but one of the paranormal investigators were killed in strange ways within the building. Sometimes, you can hear gunshots or bodies falling to the floor if you get too close to it. Hence why it’s blocked from the public. Though, it has become quite a famous attraction for those testing their luck with the dead. Or for dares.
It’s not just those who can see the dead, however. There used to be exorcists, priests, shrine maidens, and also seance conductors who were apart of Interpol with the intent of either bringing the spirit or destroying it.
Their job is simple: to invesigate cases that have gone coldi. They investigate cold cases by either speaking with the spirit who was killed, or having the spirit speak through them.
