oh snap, nelliel is calling to me. i've been getting pretty sad in my other blog so i might decide to be on here for a while.

okay. going to drink some gatorade. and going to do my list of moments of joy from this week.

went to the beach with my best friends from high school and it was genuinely so lovely and i love them so much. got to roam through the same tidepools i went to as a kid and see all the sea anemones. was so so so much joy.

met up with more friends earlier in the week! got to hang out with a tumblr mutual bestie who introduced me to the coolest anarchist coffee shop place and a really fun thrift store and that was a lovely afternoon. also spent time with two of my friends who i was institutionalized with--was really special getting to spend time outside of a hospital with them. hadn't seen those two since i was discharged, so it had been a while.

got some really nice gel glitter pens.

over 100 people are signed up to come to our abolition in psychiatry panel next week!!!!! really excited to continue growing that space.

got my name legally changed! got my ID changed. still have to make some other appointments.

okay. there has been quite a few moments of joy this week even if it has been so difficult to be back in this state. i love my friends and the life i have built has room for both joy and pain. repeating that again and again and again.
