I always give my mom a little more food when I make it for her. She asks for six chicken nuggets and I give her seven. I stuff her tacos a little bit more. Put a little more butter on her pasta. Make her pancakes a little bigger. I think this is how my body shows it’s love. It wants you to eat well.
