Some more Shining Nikki outfits! I missed doing my chapter-inspired outfits, but now that we have nails and makeup I wanted to incorporate that, so instead of doing a bunch of outfits in one post, I decided to do just a couple and include a face and nail shot. These are inspired by stage 4-1 (Nikki arrives in Cloudcrest for a spring flower festival, and there are no flowers because it's unseasonably cold) and 4-3 (Nikki confronts a person who seems like they're being controlled and frees them with her styling power).
