The cast noticed that Mc was a lot more withdrawn than usual and much more sleepy before their disappearance and now they're back they're essentially more... back to themself but also obviously understands themself and what they appreciate more now
Like how much they love and appreciate the tfc cast (Pierrot and Harlequin being romantic, the rest platonic and somewhat close) and how much they truly appreciate their surroundings too

Honestly though....I think if you've been in this situation, then when writing it I would urge you include your experiences with support (or lacktherof) and maybe even how you WANT to be supported.
Fiction is meant to explore any theme you like, maybe doing so, even as a wish, will be cathartic in its own way.
But, if it helps, I would imagine they'd care if they like you.
That being said, on a darker note, I can see Jester or TT worried that this becomes a recurring thing and possibly opens their home to danger/slowing down for your sake. How often will this human need treatment, and will they even be in areas that are NEAR such hospitals/pharmacies/doctors to help?
They are a traveling circus after all.
They might have to go to more rural towns where such necessities aren't accessible to your character.
It might even be discussed, with MC, for their own safety, to either leave the circus permanently (And stay in a city where they have access to the help they need) or pay for their own hotels near such hospitals while the circus is set-up further away and you catch up with them at the next big city (so like....a temporary circus member? not in EVERY town, but just the ones that have what you need).
Sadly, this would be a concern---and seen as a potential liability for a TRAVELING group.
Basically, make it that they have a GAME PLAN that is discussed WITH your MC about their needs. One that won't make TT or Jester worry both financially and in case anyone would blame the circus for your character's mental health (as human guests likely would depending on how this character of yours GETS to such a hospital---like, for example, what if the MC has a seizure in the middle of the show? People might get suspicious of the circus and think the scares caused you to get hurt) etc. etc.
